Boron Tribromide (BBr₃) – Electronic Grade Doping Source

Boron Tribromide (BBr₃) is a colorless to light yellow fuming liquid with strong irritating odor, known for its high reactivity and strong Lewis acidity. With a density of 2.65 g/ml and a boiling point of 91.7°C, it decomposes rapidly in moisture, alcohol, heat, or light and produces white fumes when exposed to air. Highly corrosive and toxic, it requires strict controlled handling. Electronic-grade BBr₃ is widely used as a P- type diffusion source in IC, solar cell, and discrete device manufacturing, and also serves as a key raw material for producing high-purity boron and organoboron compounds.
